If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue. 
Photos of the item may be required to assist with the claim.

For return requests unrelated to damage, please contact us at support@littrbox.co and our team will review the request. 
Return eligibility may vary depending on product condition and packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
